BOOKING CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
A non returnable deposit of the first night’s accommodation, must be made at time of booking: the balance is due one month before the arrival date. If a booking is made within a month of arrival, payment should be sent in full. If a booking is made at short notice, full payment should be made on arrival at the Hall.
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation we cannot in any circumstances return the deposit but if we manage to relet the reserved nights we will refund any balance paid. We strongly advise that guests take out holiday insurance.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE TIMES
This is arranged with the Hall Keeper prior to arrival. Please note that the Hall Keeper does not live on site.
BED LINEN
Bed linen is provided but please indicate on the booking form if you require towels. (£2 per person)
CLEANING
Environmentally sensitive cleaning materials are provided in order that guests can leave the bunkrooms and kitchen as clean as they find them.
EXTRAS
Hire of the main hall for an event such as a wedding may be pre-arranged with the Hall Keeper. Arrangement for payment should be made at the time of booking.
PETS
We regret we cannot allow pets anywhere inside the Hall building.
STANDARDS
The bunkrooms are fully equipped to VisitScotland standards for the advertised number that they sleep.
MAILING LIST
We do not pass on or sell on our address book. Please indicate on the booking form if you do not want us to retain your details once your booking is concluded.
SMOKING
The Hall is Non Smoking throughout.
